Jim Cook Honorary Scholarship
Purpose:
Since its inception, the AEA Educational Foundation has awarded more than $1.5 million to students seeking careers in the aircraft electronics and aviation maintenance industry, as well as technicians from AEA member companies.
Eligibility:
Open to all AEA members, their children, grandchildren or dependents. This scholarship may be used for any field of study at an accredited college or university and will be applied toward tuition only

Deadline: Applications for 2017-18 school year will be available online: October 1, 2016
History/Background:
The scholarship honors Jim Cook, the first chairman of the AEA Educational Foundation.
