Students must be from one of the four selected universities chosen by the IAWA.  The chosen universities are Embry Riddle Aeronautical University; Southern Methodist University, Dedman School of Law, Dallas TX, Vaughn College, and McGill University Graduate School of Air and Space Law, Montreal Canada.
